Hourly and Retainer Plans

Hourly Plan

This plan is based on an hourly fee of $150.00 with a minimum of five hours working for your company onsite or in our office. With this plan we charge $0.65 a mile to your location or actual airfare, lodging and ground transportation. 

This plan is good for a mock audit, compliance analysis, or just to get a company organized and headed in the right direction. We have also trained compliance persons to handle the company's compliance.

Plan Two

 Plan Two's price is based per driver and billed monthly. Please call us or use the contact page for a quote.

With Plan Two we:

  • Assist you in setting up driver qualification files

  • Provide a driver packet of required forms

  • Store a copy on our data base and monitor the driver files for driver license renewal, DOT physical expiration, and the driver Annual Review of driving record 

  • Run the driver’s initial driving record when hired

  • Run drivers MVR annually as required and issue the drivers Annual Review paperwork

  • Conduct new driver inquiries as required

  • Monitor the DOT drug and alcohol testing program if you use our preferred drug and alcohol administrator and consortium

  •  Write your company DOT drug and alcohol testing policy

  • Connect you to the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and conduct Clearinghouse Queries

  •  Create driver policies needed

  • Answer questions by call, text, or email

  • Assist you with a Data Q Challenge of a violation or cite we do not believe the violation to be correct

  • Challenge the preventability of an otherwise chargeable crash (some restrictions exist on crash challenges)

  • Track your renewal registrations and required updates (UCR, MCS 150, State Authority)

Plan Three

Plan three is the most comprehensive plan is priced per driver and the price is dependent on the companies office location. Many factors are involved in pricing this plan so please call us or use the contact page for a quote.

This plan includes:

  • Everything in plan two PLUS

    • up to four onsite visits per year to assist you setting up a company compliance program and checking compliance onsite

    • providing driver instruction

    • conducting a mock audit

    • inspecting vehicles

    • Pre-audit and post-audit assistance. We will do our best to be onsite if DOT or a state partner conducts an audit depending on the notice given by the agency of their arrival

    • Be on call for your company to answer any questions or for procedural questions in the event of a crash or spill
