On Site Staff Training

We offer onsite training. We can come to your business and train the personnel that deal with the federal regulations. We can train a staff member how to be compliant in the federal regulations and how to remain compliant. We can train a single person or a group of people at your company on how to be compliant. We teach:

  • Driver qualification files

  • Maintenance record keeping

  • Routine maintenance

  • FMCSA drug and alcohol clearinghouse

  • Drug and alcohol training for staff and drivers

  • Drug and alcohol reasonable suspicion training

  • Driver’s hours of service using a logbook, electronic logging device, or time records.

  • Required paperwork, DOT Registration, UCR, and any state authority

  • We can also train a staff member to be the compliance manager at your company. 

  • Set up your FMCSA portal

  • Set up your FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

  • Interstate vs Intrastate regulations

On site Driver Training

We also can come into a company and conduct driver training. We can offer classes to drivers on:

  • Driver vehicle inspection

  • What the driver is required to inspect and when they needs to make a written report for defective equipment. 

  • Hours of service regulations

  • Logbooks/ELD

  • Short haul exception

  • Safe driving practices and defensive driving

  • Proper emergency equipment usage

  • Cargo securement

  • Crash site management

  • Drug and alcohol awareness and the effects of drugs and alcohol.

  • What a driver should expect during a roadside inspection

Onsite Hazardous Material Training

We also have available hazardous material training for drivers. We offer the basic and recurring instruction required every three years that includes:

 

  • Shipping papers

  • Emergency response

  • Placarding

  • Labeling

  • Segregation

  • Security

  • Job specific training
